The Mikis Theodorakis Score Archive serves as the local repository (TAMO) of the Association "The Friends of Music" within the MELOS research project. Specifically, through MELOS, a semantic enrichment of metadata has been carried out, focusing on People, Cities, and other concepts related to Mikis Theodorakis' compositional work. His music is often deeply intertwined with his political activism, particularly during a highly charged period in modern Greek history. The Mikis Theodorakis Score Archive contains over 300 works by the composer and is part of the Mikis Theodorakis Archive, which is housed in the Music Library "Lilian Voudouri".
